Chico, CA – Chico Creative Reuse announces the launch of its Reuse &Thrift Market, a community event series happening Thursdays 5pm – 7pm, inSeptember (September 4, 11, 18, and 25) at 603 Orange Street.
As a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving materials a second life,Chico Creative Reuse collects donations of new and gently used items,redirecting them back into the community for art. The Reuse & Thrift Marketreflects this mission by showcasing creative possibilities for reimagined andrepurposed goods.
Each Thursday, attendees can look forward to:
Unique shopping with a mix of upcycled goods, vintage clothing, thriftedtreasures, handmade art and fun finds.
Live entertainment, featuring local musicians who bring vibrant energy tothe evening.
Interactive activities designed to spark imagination and inspire all ages tosee everyday materials in new and inventive ways.
A lively, welcoming atmosphere that blends the joy of a market with theheart of a community gathering.
“The Reuse & Thrift Market is more than shopping—it’s about creativity,community, and sustainability,” says Luann Manss, Director of Chico CreativeReuse. “We want people to leave not only with unique finds, but also with freshinspiration for how they can reuse and rethink the materials around them.”
